I still have sign in issues: just can get it right!  So, like a year ago, I cannot leave comments.  I’ve struggled for more than an hour, but am just going around in circles.  Many apologies to friends who receive this blog via E-mail.  This is not the way to leave comments and I’ll try to rectify it, but probably not before the weekend. It seems to me I’ll have to start a new blog??

Ek voel skuldig teenoor die kleintjies dat ek nie geblog het nie - Al vier het soveel ontwikkel en ek dreig al so lankal om weer aan die gang te kom.  Ek wil probeer om weekliks by te hou, maar ai nou lol my kamera!

Thanks! I did the Midmar again - my 9th.  My time was 7 min slower than last year, but then I did not really train beforehand.  Maybe I'm rationalising - I don't really want to admit that I'm going downhill!
